Exceller Support Solutions (ESS) is a Maine-based consulting and support agency committed to helping businesses and care organizations build stronger systems, develop their teams, and improve operational efficiency.
We specialize in providing practical business support solutions — from staff development and workflow organization to compliance and technology training. Our goal is to help agencies and small businesses operate with confidence, professionalism, and excellence.
While our primary focus is consulting and organizational support, Exceller Support Solutions is also licensed to provide Personal Care Services (PCA), allowing us to understand firsthand the realities and challenges that service providers face. This experience gives us unique insight into building systems that truly work in the field.
Looking ahead, ESS envisions expanding into Residential Services under MaineCare Sections 29 and 20 (and Life Span Waiver). This reflects our long-term commitment to comprehensive, person-centered support that empowers both organizations and the people they serve.
